Manufacturing
A toll manufacturer in Bear, DE, offering custom contract blending, bulk offloading, packaging, and EPA-registered services. Supporting sectors from cleaning and agriculture to electronics and pharmaceuticals with reliable formulations and lab-tested expertise.
The 7-acre site, built by BASF from 1985 to 2005, has full rail service (3 spurs), large tank farm, tanker loading, weigh scale, and much of the building is classified for flammable manufacturing and storage. We’ve spent the last 2 years revitalizing and updating systems to accommodate both our own internal production needs and but also offer contract manufacturing opportunities for customers.
