The Seaford Facility was purchased from BASF with a vision on onshoring or reshoring chemical manufacturing and blending of specialty chemicals.
The 7-acre site, built by BASF from 1985 to 2005, has full rail service (3 spurs), large tank farm, tanker loading, and weigh scale. Much of the building is classified for flammable manufacturing and storage. We’ve spent the last 2 years revitalizing and updating systems to accommodate both our own internal production and needs but also offer contract manufacturing opportunities for customers.
